We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team in Ballyfermot. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housework and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Prompt medication reminders and other healthcare-related tasks
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable paid homecare experience
  • QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person qualifications or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Kind and compassionate attitude towards clients
