Power BI Developer - Data Insights Specialist

The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into actionable business insights, adept at solving complex problems and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable visualizations.
  • Work closely with business users to understand and articulate their data needs and deliver data solutions that support business growth and profitability.
  • Communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports through rigorous attention to detail and thorough data validation.
  • Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and support end-users in understanding analytical outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design best practices.
  • Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Ability to create detailed and accurate user stories based on stakeholder input.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations to a diverse audience.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and information gathering capabilities.
  • Experience or understanding of data-driven workflows is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in agile or iterative development environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Economics).
