Job Description:
Data analysts play a critical role in uncovering insights and driving business decisions. As a Data Analyst Power BI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. Your primary goal will be to help our organization make data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex Power BI dashboards and reports that meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable visualizations.
  • Help train and develop existing team members in Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand and articulate their data needs and deliver data solutions that support business decision-making.
  • Communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • E nsure data accuracy and integrity in reports through rigorous attention to detail and thorough data validation.
  • Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and support end-users in understanding analytical outcomes.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • 24 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design best practices.
  • Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Able to create detailed and accurate user stories based on stakeholder input.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations to a diverse audience.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and information gathering capabilities.
  • Experience or understanding of healthcare data and workflows is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in agile or iterative development environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Economics).
  • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts or tools (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) is advantageous.
