Reperio has partnered with a company that is seeking a talented BI Analyst to join their fast-growing and high-performing Data & Insights team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business performance. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, build dynamic dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations that influence strategic decisions.

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in BI analysis, data visualization, or analytics roles.Strong proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and report insights that drive business decision-makingKnowledge of data modelling and ETL processes is a plus.
