**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to work with our multidisciplinary team, providing safe and effective care to patients attending our Stoma/Colorectal Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure seamless transitions between care settings
- Participate in education and training programs
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Registration on the active Register of Nurses and Midwives held by An Bord Altranais and Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann
- Minimum 1 year post-registration full-time experience in Colorectal Care
- Strong understanding of continuing professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
