About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Industrial Projects and Operations team. As an Industrial Project and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing field crews and office operations to ensure project success, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on managing and supervising field crews, including technicians, painters, foremen, and site leads. You will conduct daily site inspections to guarantee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain project schedules, inventories, and documentation while providing clients with regular updates and progress reports. Additionally, you will oversee specialized tasks such as confined space entry and equipment inspections.

As part of your role, you will manage office functions, including documentation, logistics, and personnel records. You will also support hiring, onboarding, crew development, and HR compliance.

Acting as liaison between field teams and management, you will ensure smooth communication and facilitate the exchange of information. Your exceptional leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills make you an ideal candidate for this position.

  • Proven leadership experience in field services or industrial settings
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gantt charts, and digital scheduling tools
  • Certifications including General Industry Safety Training, First Aid & CPR, Confined Space, Scaffolding, Swing Stage, valid Driver's License, TWIC Card, and Federal Background Check
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to clear planning, respectful communication, and client-focused service
