Senior Product Director, Cloud Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the continued success of our market-leading cloud solutions. As Senior Product Director, you will be responsible for driving expansion, adoption, and retention of our cloud products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption through scalable processes and assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer engagements to meet business objectives
  • Own engagement strategies with our ecosystem partners
  • Represent us as a product expert in customer interactions and industry events
  • Deliver enablement content to support customer success and adoption
  • Evangelize innovation in our cloud solutions
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or similar is essential
  • Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering successful software products
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their applications in business environments
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making
  • Passion for customer success and deep commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
