Job Opportunity for Early Years Professional

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Early Years Education or equivalent qualification (desirable)
  • A minimum of QQI Level 6 (required)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Diligent, with proven experience in mentoring and guiding a team's professional practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer use and fluent in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with existing management to ensure up-to-date policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong organisational skills, with practical judgement and 'common sense'
  • Comfortable working with a diverse team of like-minded professionals
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of developmental stages for children aged 4 months to 8 years
  • Experience with Aistear & Siolta (Early Years Curriculum), including team support in implementation
  • Flexible, reliable, and passionate about Early Years Education

Position Details:

  • Full-time role: 5 days per week
