HR Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished HR Generalist to join our Dublin team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior HR Manager and operate as a true HR business partner, combining hands-on operational delivery with active involvement in strategic HR projects across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted HR partnership to senior leaders, driving effective people strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead on employee relations and performance management, ensuring outcomes that are fair, legally compliant, and commercially sound.
  • Shape and implement HR initiatives across policy development, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within professional services or a comparable high-performance sector.
