We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Medical Director for a high-complexity clinical laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity for a medical professional with leadership experience and expertise in clinical pathology to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and medically appropriate results and diagnoses.
  • Oversee laboratory clinical activities to ensure patient safety and proper diagnostic procedures.
  • Interpret test results, provide clinical consultation, and collaborate with other healthcare providers on test selections, result interpretations, and treatment plans.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid and unrestricted U.S. medical license.
  • Board certification in Pathology, Clinical Pathology, or another relevant specialty (e.g., Medical Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-complexity clinical laboratory, with at least 2 years in a medical director role.
