Main Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
  • Anticipating and meeting guests' needs to exceed expectations.
  • Coordinating daily Front Office operations with precision and efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining organized systems in the Reception area.
  • Building strong relationships with guests and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within a busy hotel environment.
  • Superb English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
