We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality wound care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with complex wounds.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Accurately document patient information and progress in electronic medical records.
  • Educate patients and their families on wound prevention, management strategies, and evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills to ensure patient safety and quality care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients' needs.
