Job Title

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Sell Circle K products to customers, promoting our range of fuel cards, food, beverages and other merchandise.
  • Merchandise stock effectively, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained to attractively display products.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by generating leads and engaging with customers to promote Circle K services.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to provide a high level of service.
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of €13.50 per hour increasing to €16.87 per hour depending on shift worked. Additionally, you will receive:
