Senior Clinical Trial Vendor Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Trial Vendor Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials to ensure timely delivery within budget, quality, and performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Vendor Start-up Manager for selected services during study start-up.
- Proactively identify and mitigate vendor-related risks and potential issues, implementing a comprehensive global vendor strategy.
- Review and contribute to the development of vendor contract amendments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure effective vendor cost control, budget review, invoice reconciliation, and PO close-out processes.
- Cover all vendor activities after study start-up, including categories not covered by VSMs.
- Coordinate vendor kick-off meetings for uncovered categories.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; advanced degree is preferred.
- Fluent English (oral and written) communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in clinical operations, with excellent knowledge of vendor management.
- Strong understanding of GxP and ICH regulations.
- Excellent clinical trial design and supplier mapping expertise.
