AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our AI Agent and Customer Support platform. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary technical contact for customers who are implementing our platform.

About the Role
  • You will work with project managers, AI specialists, and other team members to deliver results that exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions with customers to gather information about their specific needs, data structures, and integration requirements.
  • Analyze existing content, support processes, and workflows in current tools and provide recommendations on how to map those processes to our capabilities.
Your Skills
  • You should have 5+ years of experience in Professional Services as a Technical Consultant or Implementation Engineer.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Deep understanding of customer support processes and workflows, including ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and customer communication channels.
