This role involves working as a Trade Desk Representative, providing exceptional client service and support. Key responsibilities include investigating client inquiries, resolving routine and complex issues, and coordinating activities with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to margin analysis, position liquidations, trade cancellations, order trigger conditions, products, and global exchanges.">
  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone, tickets, and chats, utilizing sound judgment and courtesy.">
  • Familiarize yourself with proprietary platforms, including trading systems and administrative portals, to educate clients on our self-service model.">
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Department in resolving complaints and implementing enhancements.">
  • Coordinate activities with local and international Client Service divisions and interact with external departments.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree in finance, economics, or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in the financial industry. You should also have excellent product knowledge, proficiency in PC technologies, and strong communication skills.
