Job Description

The role of Group Insured Pension Administrator is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in pensions administration to join a reputable consultancy. This position requires administering and managing corporate insured pension schemes, overseeing day-to-day scheme administration with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with consultants and client managers to ensure client files are fully compliant.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and managing a portfolio of corporate insured pension schemes.
  • Overseeing all aspects of day-to-day scheme administration with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handling queries from client companies and scheme members in a professional and timely manner.
  • Working closely with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure client files are fully compliant.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in pensions administration, ideally within financial services, life & pensions broking, or a consultancy environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level).
