Structural Innovator

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our R&D team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about innovation and pushing the boundaries of product performance.

This role will involve planning, running and reporting on structural product testing with precision and accuracy. You will create and execute test plans, analyze and interpret complex data, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs from concept to reality.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring accurate results and efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers and other stakeholders to integrate structural analysis and testing into product development.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to optimize product performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for design enhancements.
  • Present findings and project updates to key stakeholders, using clear and concise language to communicate technical information.
Requirements
  • Degree in Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong theoretical grounding in structural mechanics and physics.
  • Practical experience with test equipment and software, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
