Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of structural and product performance?

We're looking for a hands-on R&D Structural & Test Engineer to join a dynamic innovation team, where your work will directly shape the design, testing and future development of cutting-edge building products.

What you'll be doing:

Plan, run and report on structural product testing with precision and accuracy.

Create and execute test plans, from ordering materials through to supervising tests.

Analyse and interpret complex data to optimise product performance.

Perform structural and thermal analysis, using tools such as FEA, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs from concept to reality.

Ensure compliance with relevant EN standards, codes, and certification requirements.

Present findings and project updates to key stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

Degree (BEng/MEng or equivalent) in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

Strong theoretical grounding in structural mechanics and physics.

Practical experience with test equipment ( data loggers, universal testing machines).

Skilled in FEA (ideally ANSYS), MS Excel, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Excellent data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Innovative mindset, with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
