We are seeking a manufacturing quality engineer to join our team, responsible for driving excellence in production and ensuring seamless integration of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustain the production of high-performance heating systems that cater to European markets
  • Collaborate with Research and Development teams to launch new product lines
  • Lead audits and troubleshoot quality issues to ensure ISO compliance
  • Pursue tangible improvements on the factory floor

This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in manufacturing and quality assurance. Proficiency in sheet metal and electrical assembly is highly valued.

Requirements
  • Adeptness in AutoCAD Inventor and Excel required
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with suppliers and drive continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Quality Engineering, conducting ISO Audits, and analyzing quality metrics.

Quality Focus
  • Manage and implement Engineering Change Notices
  • Coordinate external Maintenance Services
  • Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance Schedules
  • Manage Bills of Material and optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Identify and execute opportunities for Product Cost Reduction
