Job Title:

Quality Systems Specialist

Job Description:

As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing quality management systems to ensure food products meet safety and quality standards. This includes conducting inspections/audits, implementing control measures, and maintaining structured records and documentation control.

You will also ensure adherence to hygiene practices, guarantee internal audits, and cooperate with other departments in different audit activities. Additionally, you will monitor Quality KPIs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on action plans, update HACCP plans using risk analysis methods, and manage the food safety team.

Furthermore, you will coordinate and manage environmental monitoring plans, manage traceability in the plant, and conduct training in Food Safety, GMP in Production, and GMP for Maintenance. You will establish rules based on Ferrero Group guidelines and external standards, draft manuals & procedures, and manage plant quality documentation systems.

Key responsibilities include executing purchasing processes for food safety-related activities, coordinating and managing food safety-related projects, and assuring the presence of all needed roles through substitution of absent collaborators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Food Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience
