Risk Governance and Compliance Strategist

The Risk Management Specialist plays a vital role in safeguarding the organization against risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This position is integral to fostering a culture of risk awareness within Commercial Markets & Product.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and strategies to support Product Management and the wider team.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to how risk is managed, aligned with the organisation's framework.
- Keep updated on changes in regulations and standards in Ireland, including EU directives that may impact product design and management.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding regulatory changes and their implications.
- Develop training programs and materials to promote awareness of risk issues related to products.
- Organise and facilitate workshops to keep teams informed about best practices and regulatory changes.
- Create monitoring frameworks to track compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Generate reports that provide insights into compliance status, risk exposure, and areas for improvement.
- Analyse current processes related to product management to identify inefficiencies or compliance gaps and develop initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
