Residential Architecture Role

As a skilled Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering residential projects that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Citywest, Dublin. This is a permanent position working office based hours with a salary negotiable between €40,000-€55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver residential projects that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Supervise on-site projects and coordinate with contractors as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in residential architecture.
  • Excellent technical design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a comprehensive understanding of Planning and Building Regulations.
  • Experience managing teams and running projects, including coordinating with contractors and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent English language skills and eligibility to work in Ireland.
