Seeking an experienced and skilled Finishing Foreman to lead our high-profile residential project in Kildare. This is a hands-on role overseeing all finishing trades to ensure the delivery of high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all finishing trades on site ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Plan and schedule day-to-day site activities for finishing operations
  • Monitor progress against programme and manage any issues proactively
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with subcontractors suppliers and project management to maintain smooth workflow
  • Conduct quality inspections and resolve finishing defects efficiently

Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects Strong knowledge of all finishing trades including plastering painting joinery tiling and flooring Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Ability to read drawings and specifications accurately Commitment to health and safety and quality standards.
