Finishing Manager

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Finishing Foreman on one of Ireland's largest residential developments. The successful candidate will have previous management experience in the construction industry and be responsible for overseeing the finishing works on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the completion of finishing works on site, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Manage a team of subcontractors, including internal works/facade and groundworks teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
