Residential Development Project Manager

About the Role:
- As a project manager, take ownership of a residential development in Kildare and lead a team of construction professionals to achieve timely, within-budget delivery and high-quality results.
- Supervise site staff and sub-contractors, ensuring all work meets the highest standards and adheres to relevant processes and policies.
- Manage teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Represent the organization on site and interface with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Verify that end products meet client expectations regarding build and finish, providing assurance of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in construction or engineering is required.
- The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working on large-scale residential developments in a similar role, demonstrating expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Key skills include self-motivation, strong team building abilities, excellent communication skills, analytical and decision-making skills, as well as strong budgeting and financial management skills.
