Financial Accountant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities for Group operations (20+ entities), assisting in the development of the monthly management reporting pack for each entity in the Group, ensuring continuous and accurate maintenance of the nominal ledger and timely reconciliation of all sub accounts and intercompany balances.

In this role, you will conduct analysis of complex accounting issues and provide accounting/financial analysis to senior management and other stakeholders as necessary. You will also coordinate external audit activities and regular liaison with 3rd parties regarding local statutory and regulatory reporting.

You will be required to perform cash-flow forecasting, participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices to ensure the finance team is consistently pushing the boundaries in terms of efficiency and accuracy.

To be successful in this position, you must be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) with 2 years PQE with Big 4 or Top 10 audit training. Audit Managers/Senior Managers from Big 4 who have an appetite to build their career in industry will also be considered.

A proven track record of interpreting large volumes of data and commercial awareness with ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of wider business factors are essential for success in this role.
