Senior Project Lead

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Leads to join our high-performing project teams. Our team excels in delivering complex projects with renowned clients, working in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

As a Senior Project Lead, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring your team meets key milestones and delivers projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update detailed project plans in collaboration with the Contracts Manager and ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and mentoring to the project team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Determine and allocate project resources effectively, communicating clearly with your team.
  • Implement robust safety protocols and promote a culture of excellence in workplace safety.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all deliverables meet expectations.
  • Monitor and manage project costs, controlling preliminaries and packages tightly.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to achieve agreed-upon commercial objectives for each project.
  • Nurture strong relationships with client teams, keeping them informed of project progress, claims, and potential delays.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Hold at least 5 years' experience in managing large-scale construction projects on commercial sites, including General Contracting (New Build) and Fit-Out projects.
  • Have expertise in Design and Building Experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects on time.
  • Show excellent technical skills, numeracy, and report writing abilities.
  • Be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Understand commercial realities and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Project, or similar scheduling software.
