BMS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance contracts, proactively renegotiating renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell service solutions.

About the JobAs a Portfolio Specialist, you will be responsible for managing maintenance contracts, working closely with internal teams and customers to enhance contract value, negotiate renewals, and provide excellent service. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and completing contract renewal tenders, ensuring timely renegotiation
- Identifying and driving upselling opportunities, promoting digital solutions and service enhancements
- Handling customer queries, including purchase order follow-ups and contract adjustments
You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating CRM systems, tracking leads and customer interactions. To succeed in this role, you will need strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage tendering processes and contract renewals.
