Senior Agile Delivery Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Change Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to spearhead Agile delivery initiatives within high-stakes environments.
- Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop business analysts and guide teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
- Identify and address blockers and dependencies across teams.
- Collaborate with operational managers to refine backlogs, prioritize tasks, and align with business objectives.
- Monitor team performance, leveraging data-driven insights to drive improvement.
- Enhance AzureDevOps adoption and establish efficient workflows.
- Support project managers and operational managers in capacity planning.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working in high-security or regulated sectors (e.g., finance, government, defense).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align delivery with strategic priorities.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Background or understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience in DevSecOps or integrating security into Agile/CI-CD workflows.
- Exposure to threat management, incident response processes, or vulnerability lifecycle management.
