Role Overview
The Change & OD Specialist supports business partnering and change functions, focusing on the organization's transformation to enterprise agile ways of working.
Reporting to the Head of People Experience & OD, this role involves developing frameworks and tools for people, organizational, and agile change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve frameworks and toolkits for delivering organizational and agile change.
Support planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery of change projects and agile initiatives.
Track and report on change activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Research relevant topics to support the development of agile and continuous improvement solutions.
Build relationships across the organization to embed agile mindsets and practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a unified, collaborative culture.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support transformation.
Support and contribute to key projects and agile ceremonies.
Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate workshops and retrospectives.
Coach teams and stakeholders to adopt agile values and behaviors.
Embed company values into team practices and support wider People team projects.
Skills & Experience
Experience in HR or organizational change programs, particularly in agile environments.
Knowledge of organizational design, change management, and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and resilient team player.
Nice to Have
Experience in people business partnering or organizational development.
Knowledge of project management and agile delivery methodologies.
Data-driven decision-making experience.
