Hotel Supervisor Opportunity

The Wilder Townhouse is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to take on the role of Hotel Supervisor.

  • Lead the front office and food and beverage team, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures related to hotel operations, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as required.
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
