Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support our expanding businesses.

The Role
  • Analyse regulatory requirements and assess business impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance solutions efficiently.
  • Support GDPR compliance and review marketing for regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain risk registers and coordinate regulatory reporting.
  • Conduct compliance audits and provide regulatory training.
  • Develop internal policies, respond to consultations, and represent the company in forums.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance across all policy areas.
  • Balance regulatory obligations with commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Certification in data protection or relevant degree advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work at various organisational levels.
  • Effective interpretation and application of regulations to business processes.
  • Skilled researcher and solution deliverer.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and independent worker.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
