Seeking an experienced Move Coordinator to lead household goods relocation efforts. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end process, ensuring seamless and stress-free moves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate household goods moves from origin to destination, guaranteeing timely and efficient relocations.
  • Manage customer communications, providing regular updates and support throughout the moving process.
  • Book freight, transport, and third-party services, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and agents.
  • Prepare and review move documentation and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timelines are met and service quality is maintained.
  • Address any issues or delays with professionalism and proactive solutions, exceeding client expectations.
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.

Requirements
