The Role Overview:
- Leverage retail and food sector expertise to guide food producers on product development, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on securing retail listings and optimising product profitability.
- Conduct detailed reviews of products, margins, and revenue streams to identify growth opportunities.
About You:
- A minimum of five years' experience in the food industry and retail sector, ideally in roles such as buying, category management, or commercial strategy.
- A Master's Degree in a food business or agribusiness related discipline.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic advice and support.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive business growth.
