We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Workforce Planning team. As a customer service representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the best use of time for our field-based consultants.
Key responsibilities include managing diaries, booking appointments with clients, and providing exceptional customer service across Ireland.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong background in workforce planning or resource management
- Excellent customer service skills
