Job Title

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Technical Program Manager to lead and manage cross-functional teams in the development and commercialization of new products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support activities from early-stage development through to product launch.
  • Manage teams across different skillsets and disciplines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project schedules.
  • Ensure resource availability for all project related activities.
  • Build and maintain a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement within the function.
Requirements
  • Education: Ph.D in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven strategic leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse and global team.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Extensive and in-depth knowledge about clinical and commercial manufacturing, process and analytical development.
