About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Allinall Ingredients Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on driving profitable growth in line with the company's capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business accounts, managing existing relationships, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within Ireland and the UK
  • Manage existing customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and present findings to the management team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or commercial development, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
