Job Title: Senior LLM Researcher

We are seeking an experienced and skilled researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting world-class research in the area of Intelligent Operations and Management of future Autonomous Telecommunication Networks.

Responsibilities:
  • State-of-the-art analysis: Identify and analyze the latest advancements in AI technologies, both in industry and academic literature, to solve problems in the domain of Autonomous Telecommunication Networks.
  • Prototype development: Contribute to the rapid and iterative development of validated software prototypes based on AI technologies and benchmark alternative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Domain Experts, Data Engineers, and AI researchers to collaborate with product development teams and partners in Businesses to productionise AI technologies.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning: A PhD in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing is required.
  • Industrial or post-doctoral experience: 2+ years of industrial or post-doctoral research experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning is required.
  • Language model expertise: Strong hands-on experience with language model technology, especially with Large Language Models, is essential.
  • Programming skills: Strong programming skills in Python and practical skills in the use of machine learning frameworks, i.e., Scikit-Learn, Pytorch, are necessary.
  • Problem solving ability: The ability to develop new algorithms and methodologies from leading open source initiatives and research papers is crucial.
