Job Summary

A Branch Advisor is sought to work within a busy branch, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth banking experience for clients.

  • The role involves handling basic queries and complaints, processing cash and cheque lodgements at the Teller, and utilizing iPads to update customer information and sales needs.

  • Process cash and cheque lodgements, managing cash and ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Update customer information and sales needs using digital platforms.
  • Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with suitable staff to maximize growth.
