Job Title: Senior Culinary Specialist

About the Role: A key position in our culinary team, responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve delicious and varied hot and cold meals as required.
  • Provide for special dietary requirements and take into account individual preferences.
  • Consult with the Head Chef when planning menus to provide a balanced diet.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met in the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements:
  • Formal training in culinary arts.
  • Fully certified in food safety.
  • Trained in modified food preparation.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Background in managing a kitchen environment.
  • Fluent in English.
