Business Development Lawyer - Corporate Restructuring Opportunity

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lawyer to join our corporate restructuring team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale reorganisation projects for global brands in a focused advisory capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and structure corporate reorganisation projects based on client needs.

  • Advise on company law implications and compliance requirements.

  • Interpret reorganisation plans prepared by external advisers.

  • Project manage reorganisations end-to-end, including legal step plans, documents, and cross-team coordination.

  • Advise on company law topics including shareholder/board matters, capital maintenance, financial assistance, and director transactions.

  • Work with clients to design and implement effective corporate governance frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' corporate experience, ideally in a top or mid-tier firm.

  • Strong drafting skills and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice.

  • High level of commercial awareness and in-depth technical knowledge.

  • Excellent transaction or project management skills.

  • Strong understanding of legal systems, tools, and digital platforms.

  • Diligent, collaborative, and solution-focused.
