This exciting opportunity is part of our Systems & Engineering team at Citigroup Inc. We're looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst Lead to manage and analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions, and develop and maintain databases and data visualizations to support key performance indicators.
  2. Project Leadership: Lead data-driven projects to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and improve processes.
  3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise analyst-level employees, and ensure accuracy of data and deliverables through comprehensive policies and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
  • Experience working with relational big data tools: Oracle, Hadoop, etc.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, and statistical modeling techniques like GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
