Chief Digital Engineering Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of digital engineering solutions.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers and coordinators in the creation and management of BIM models, ensuring accurate representation of project data within the BIM environment.
- Coordinate busbar services within multidisciplinary BIM models to identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and potential conflicts in design and construction.
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and management of BIM models, including data integration, clash detection, and coordination of design and construction information.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure BIM deliverables align with project timelines and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and potential design issues.
- Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders on BIM-related processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ACC, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
