We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland.
- The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, property litigation, and civil claims.
- Key responsibilities include drafting pleadings, attending court, and engaging in client advisory work.
- Candidates will work closely with partners and senior solicitors on complex litigation matters.
- Responsibilities also include conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders is also an essential aspect of this role.
- A qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 1–3 years' post-qualification experience is required.
- Relevant experience in general litigation or commercial litigation is necessary.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills are highly valued.
- This is a collaborative environment where teamwork is essential.
- Candidates should be proactive, commercially minded, and eager to grow their legal career.
