We are seeking a seasoned Packaging Specialist to drive the design and development of innovative packaging solutions.

This is a contract role with a minimum duration, offering a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on high-impact packaging projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

  • Develop and implement best-in-class packaging and labelling strategies from early concept through commercialisation for medical devices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and assessment of current procedures and Voice of the Customer input.
  • Create packaging and labeling components that enhance the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate development life cycle knowledge through delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Work cooperatively with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing, R&D device designers, supply chain, vendors, and kitting centers – across geographies – to ensure project success.
  • A bachelor's degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or applicable technical field is required, along with 4+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry.
