Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Packaging Test Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging testing, with a focus on vibration, compression, and temperature control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting packaging tests, analyzing results, and implementing quality control systems to support standardized testing processes and procedures.

Additionally, the candidate will support the planning and prioritization of the testing schedule, manage project timelines, costs, and logistics, and collaborate with global teams.

Requirements include a degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or applicable technical field, and 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in packaging testing (vibration, compression, temperature control etc.) is an advantage.
  • Maintain accurate organization and secure storage of samples, adhering to all safety and compliance requirements to protect staff and preserve sample quality.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct packaging tests and analyze results against acceptance criteria.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, costs, and logistics.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical packaging design development is desirable but not essential.
  • Mathematical skills including ratios, proportions, basic algebra.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with others. Work in a professional manner to support team actions.
  • PC experience and working familiarity of common desktop applications including Excel and Word.
