Test Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to maintain accurate organization and secure storage of samples, adhere to all safety and compliance requirements to protect staff and preserve sample quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate organization and secure storage of samples.
  • Conduct packaging tests, analyze results against acceptance criteria.
  • Support planning and prioritization of testing schedule.
  • Follow customer protocols to ensure objectives were clearly defined and appropriate testing methods applied.
  • Implement and monitor quality control systems to support standardized testing processes and procedures.
  • Manage project timelines, costs, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with global teams for testing and test-related project activities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical packaging design development (desirable).
  • Resolving design and process related packaging issues on commercial products.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environment with strict deadlines.
  • Mathematical skills including ratios, proportions, basic algebra.
  • Collaborate with others and work professionally to support team actions.
  • Familiarity with common desktop applications, including Excel and Word.

Qualifications:

Hold degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or applicable technical field, and 2+ years experience in highly regulated industry (desirable).
