
Aerospace Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead and manage our operational teams in driving forward our significant organisational change agenda.
The jobholder will be responsible for ensuring a safe and rewarding working environment, developing and leading the team in line with our values and leadership behaviours, and playing a key role in introducing Lean improvements and managing business performance metrics.

As a leader within our operational teams, you will have the opportunity to drive cultural transformation within the management team in alignment with our business priorities and take responsibility for employee engagement activities such as performance reviews and associated training and development plans.
You will also play a lead role in coordinating the implementation of new operational strategies and their development to improve communication between functional services and the operational teams on constraints and business needs.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing business performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience at a leadership, supervisory or management level within a precision manufacturing, aerospace or engineering environment.
A relevant HNC or NVQ Level III qualification in an engineering or business-related discipline would be beneficial for this role.
