Operations Excellence Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Team Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organisational change and leading high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve communication and collaboration between functional services and the Operations team.
In addition, the candidate will play a key role in supporting our cultural transformation within the management team and introducing key improvement tools such as Lean.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing strategies to drive organisational change and improve performance.
- Leading and motivating high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Coordinating the implementation of Natural Teams and improving communication between functional services and the Operations team.
- SUPPORTING cultural transformation within the management team and introducing key improvement tools.
- Minimum of an HNC in an engineering or business-related discipline or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years' experience at a leadership, supervisory or management level within a precision manufacturing, Aerospace or engineering environment.
